Absolut drops the bottle
After 25 years and 1,500 versions of print ads built around the shape of its bottle, Absolut vodka is shelving the campaign that made it famous. Absolut vodka has dropped the bottle from it's new $20 million advertising campaign.

McQueen's new diffusion range
Alexander McQueen has just launched his secondary range at
Milan Fashion week. It is called McQ and is described as "younger, edgier and more renegade" than his main collection, taking inspiration from 1960s biker gangs and the rebellious teen spirit of that particular era.

News corporation censors MySpace
After it's much publicised purchase of MySpace, News corporation has been made to back down on it's censoring of user posts and blocking access to competitors websites. Subscribers discovered that when they wrote to each other about rival video-swapping site YouTube, the words were automatically deleted, and attempts to download video images from YouTube led to blank screens.
